What will 2015 hold in store for Non – Profits? While some are beginning to understand the importance of Millennials and Corporate Partnerships to their future existence, many are still holding on to the broken model of traditional tactics of direct mail to Boomers and Partnerships that don’t include alignment with corporates business goals.
The smart organizations are creating new models to embrace Millennial donors that include true accountability of funds used, while reaching out to them through Social channels that live on mobile.
Partnerships now need to hold value for corporates as the days are long gone for sponsorships and philanthropy that don’t align with business goals and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Will 2015 be the year of recognition for those NP’s that are stuck in the old rut?
Or will they be run over by the Millennial freight train?
